Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our studio policies!
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, purchase grip socks if needed, collect equipment, and get settled before class begins. Summer traffic in the Hamptons and parking at The Barn can be extremely unpredictable during peak season. Refunds are not offered for traffic or parking delays, so please plan ahead accordingly.
Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start time and doors lock immediately once class starts. We do not permit late entry. Our lobby is located behind the studio space, and allowing clients to walk through after class has begun is highly disruptive to the flow, focus, and studio environment. Protecting the flow of class is an important part of The Barn Method and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and sanitary purposes. If needed, grip socks are available for purchase in studio.
The studio is infrared heated daily except Wednesdays. Please hydrate before and after class. Barnyard only permits sealed water bottles inside the studio. Open containers are not permitted. We do have a Bevi refill station available, however water bottles are not sold on site.
Warm up and cool down are intentional parts of The Barn Method. We kindly ask clients to remain in place until cool down is complete before sanitizing equipment or exiting the room.
Please also help keep the deck and doorway areas clear so clients may smoothly exit and enter between classes. We are a small locally owned and operated studio with a small team, and your cooperation helps us keep operations running smoothly year round.
Barnyard maintains a 12 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee and the class credit is returned to your account for future use. No shows incur a $35 fee and forfeiture of the class credit.
Thank you for helping us keep Barnyard running smoothly by respecting our studio policies.
As a small locally owned business with a small team, every bit of cooperation truly makes a difference. These policies are in place to protect the flow of class, the client experience, safety within the studio and the integrity of The Barn Method. We appreciate your understanding, support and commitment to helping us create the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
With gratitude,
The Barnyard Team
