Barnyard Fitness was built to challenge people physically, mentally, and emotionally through intentional movement, discipline, and community. What started as a small local studio inside a historic Hamptons barn has grown into a year round movement community rooted in strength, consistency, and connection.
What is The Barn Method?
The Barn Method is Barnyard Fitness’ signature approach to movement, combining strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, sculpt sequencing, barre influences, and intentional time under tension into a full body experience designed to challenge both the body and mind.
Built around controlled movement, layered sequencing, deep core engagement, and muscular endurance, every class is designed with purpose. The pacing is intentional. The transitions are seamless. The work is continuous.
Rather than rushing through movement, The Barn Method focuses on precision, control, and staying connected to the work through every hold, pulse, and progression. The result is a low impact but highly effective training style that builds strength, stability, endurance, and confidence from the inside out.
The Barn Method is taught across four signature class formats: BARN BURN, CORE-TENSE, 264 BARRE, and BARN SCULPT, each offering a different training focus while staying rooted in the same intentional movement philosophy that defines Barnyard Fitness.
