Barnyard Fitness is a boutique fitness studio located inside The Barn in Bridgehampton, NY. Rooted in strength, precision and intentional movement, we deliver The Barn Method, our signature approach to training that combines strength Pilates, athletic conditioning, deep core activation and time under tension for a workout that challenges both body and mind. Using top tier equipment, layered sequencing and infrared heat, every class is designed to build strength, stability, endurance and control without sacrificing form.

What started as a vision to create a different kind of workout experience has grown into something far beyond fitness. Barnyard was built to be a space where people come to challenge themselves, reconnect with their bodies and become part of a community rooted in strength, discipline and support.


At the center of everything we do is The Barn Method, our signature approach to movement that blends strength training, Pilates inspired movement, athletic conditioning and deep core work through intentional programming and time under tension. Every class is designed with purpose to challenge both the body and mind while creating lasting strength from the inside out.


But Barnyard has never just been about the workout itself. It is about the energy in the room, the people beside you, the instructors guiding you and the feeling of walking out stronger than when you walked in. Whether you are stepping into your first class or your hundredth, our goal is for you to feel welcomed, challenged and supported every time you walk through our doors.
