Group Fitness Offerings
Our group fitness classes are intentionally capped at 17 clients to allow for a more personalized experience where instructors can focus on form, movement quality, hands on adjustments, and individual attention throughout class.
BARN BURN
BARN BURN is our signature strength based, Pilates inspired class rooted in time under tension. This is slow, controlled and intentional full body work designed to build strength, stability and muscular endurance from the inside out with a deep core focus woven through every sequence. Using heavier weights and layered programming, each movement challenges control, balance and deep core activation without sacrificing form. The tempo is deliberate. The holds are longer. The pulses burn deeper. Every transition is designed with purpose to push both muscular and mental endurance.
CORE-TENSE
CORE-TENSE is our reformer inspired, beat driven full body class built around continuous core engagement and seamless movement using Heroboards and intentional time under tension. This class targets deep abdominals, challenges stability and builds strength, endurance and long lean lines without heavy loading or high impact cardio. Movements flow continuously to the rhythm, keeping the core activated from start to finish. The intensity comes from control, precision and sustained activation. Expect deep core work, intentional layering and sequences designed to leave you feeling stronger, more connected and fully worked from the inside out.
264 BARRE
264 BARRE is our rhythm driven barre sculpt experience built on precision, layering and progressive sequencing. Blending refined barre mechanics with sculpt inspired movement and intentional low impact cardio bursts, this full body class is designed to build strength, challenge endurance and create deep muscular fatigue through continuous time under tension. Light weights intensify the burn while controlled pulses, holds and seamless transitions keep the body working from start to finish.
BARN SCULPT
BARN SCULPT is a full body sculpt class built on controlled repetition, intentional pacing and continuous muscle engagement. Using light to moderate weights and higher rep ranges, this low impact format is designed to build strength, improve muscular endurance and create definition through precise, controlled movement. The pace is steady and energizing, allowing you to move continuously while maintaining alignment, control and proper form.
