Brooke hosts an amazing class. She is welcoming to anyone at any level of their fitness journey and makes you feel comfortable with zero judgement. She cheers you on, doesn’t hesitate to modify exercises to make it work for you, and will correct your form if it’s not right. She pushes you in such an encouraging way. You can tell that she truly wants to help people get healthy, strengthen their bodies, and truly cares which is so refreshing. I look forward to coming back to more classes!!

Brooke’s class is consistently AMAZING! There are no shortage of Pilates classes to choose from out East, but there is only one Barnyard Fitness. I started going to Brooke’s classes one year ago, and I have been hooked ever since. She is a superb fitness instructor and I also feel as if I have joined a wellness community when I come to The Barn. I cannot say enough positive things about Brooke and her method…I feel so damn blessed to have her out here teaching us. Plus- she is year-round!!! None of this seasonal BS! 🔥🔥🔥

I’m so glad I discovered these classes back in early May. I’ve been absolutely hooked ever since! Each session is steady, deliberate, and low-impact but incredibly intense. The NIH-heated room adds a detoxifying element that makes the workout feel transformative. It’s a true full-body experience that challenges every muscle and leaves you feeling amazing for the rest of the day. I even crave it when I’m traveling and can’t go — nothing else compares!
